Commercial Moving

Offices, retail units and warehouses — moved outside your working hours.

Overview

What commercial moving looks like with us

For a business, the cost of a move is mostly the hours your team cannot work. So we plan commercial jobs around that: evenings, weekends, or phased floor by floor so part of the office stays running.

Workstations are labelled to a floor plan, so on Monday morning each person finds their own monitor, chair and drawers at their new desk rather than a pile in the middle of the room.

What's included

Out-of-hours scheduling

Evening, overnight and weekend moves so your staff lose as little working time as possible.

Labelled to a floor plan

Every desk, chair, cabinet and crate is tagged to its destination position before anything is lifted.

IT and workstation handling

Monitors, docks and peripherals are boxed per user and set back out at the matching desk at the new site.

Building compliance

We handle lift bookings, loading-bay access and certificates of insurance where the building requires them.

How it works

Three steps, no surprises

  1. 01

    Site walkthrough

We survey both premises, confirm access, lift sizes and the move window.

  2. 02

    Plan and label

A numbered floor plan and labelling scheme agreed with you before move night.

  3. 03

    Move and set up

Everything positioned per the plan and ready to use at the start of the next working day.
