MA Movers Terms & Conditions

About Us:  Mirza Ahmed Movers & Packers LLC established in 2015 to bring an ease in house move by providing professional move services with our own trained teams. Our aim is to provide services within UAE to make the move hassle-free. It is only governed by “Mirza Ahmed Movers & Packers LLC”.

Our Services:  MA Movers do not work with any third party providers. We have our own trained & experienced teams. We make sure not to involve any third party logistic providers or any party to affiliates with MA Movers.

Booking Confirmation: MA Movers support center is available from 8AM to 8PM. The customer can schedule the booking at least 48 hours before the move. In case, if the customer contacts us on real time we can only schedule the move is per the availability of the team.

Move Day & Survey Timings: MA Movers ensures the timely arrival of the team on the move day or survey time as per the commitment. In case, If there will be any delay due to traffic or some emergency, there might be a delay of up to 60 minutes to reach your location. Our move day timings starts from 8AM to 7PM and our team will complete the task as per the agreement. We can do the survey (Online or Onsite) between our business hours 8AM to 8PM.

Payment Terms: MA Movers ensures that the invoices amount should be proceed on the move day through cash, card or bank transfer. For the commercial moves, they make sure to ready the cheque on the move day or they can also pay cash at the same time. Please make sure to clear the invoiced amount on the same move day. The storage rent should be paid in advance or on the move day.

Cancellation Charges: In case of cancellation, MA Movers can cancel the move without any charges if the cancellation is notified to the support team 48 hours before the move.  In case if the cancellation is not notified within 48 hours of the move then there will be charged cancellation charges of 50% of the total invoiced amount & to notified the cancellation on the move day then 100% cancellation charges will be charges of the total invoiced amount.

Get Permission for the Move: It is mandatory to get the permission from the buildings for move out/move in. In case, if they permission will not granted then MA Movers can cancel the move and will charge for the charges of assigned helpers & trucks which came for the move.

Stair Carry Charges:  In case, if any item will move through stairs then It will charge AED 20 per item per floor.

Personal Belongings: MA Movers and his team do not take any responsibility for Cash, Jewelry, Laptops, or any such items and we strongly advise the customers not to leave those items with the moving crew or pack them in the boxes. In case, If something will be missing then MA Movers will not be responsible for that missing item.

Quotation Includes: After the survey or pictures, The quote has sent as per the move requirements which includes a) Packing & unpacking of the small stuff, utensils and things b) Dismantling & reassembling of furniture items in the new house c) Whitegood connection setup d) Handyman service for frames, curtains, shelves or lights e) Number of trucks, helpers & packing material as per the survey or pictures. The items will move as per the survey or shared pictures/videos. In case, if items will be exceeded as per the survey or pictures/videos then separate charges will be charged accordingly.

Storage Space Policy :  The Storage rent starts from 15 days to onwards. The storage rent must be paid in advance of a month. If In case, the storage amount will not paid more than 2 months then MA Movers has the right to claim the amount from the stored goods. 

Governing Laws:   United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile” and stipulate that the governing law is the local law. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in U.A.E.

 

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION –   Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Card Payment Terms : Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE. Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
